My friend had lower right abdomen pain and asked me to take her to the ER. Twas around 11 pm by the time when we got there and the front desk gave us a quick form to fill out and within 10 mins my friend was able to be in the room. A nurse came right away and did the medical chart so as a doctor as well. After brief examination, they run a CT scan for they did the preparation on her. I wasn’t there for the all time but it was quite smooth transaction over all! Good experience!
I’ve visited this facility twice and each time, they showed exceptional care from the nursing staff and physicians. Both the nurse, Meredith and Dr. Conner kindness and attentiveness made a huge difference in my comfort level, while the physician’s thoroughness and clear communication about my treatment options truly stood out. I went Frontline ER Richmond around 9:45 AM on Wednesday 2/14/24 with really bad pain on my left arm and I had a very nice experience. Frontline ER Richmond have very knowledgeable well prepared staff. Recently went to Frontline for a bad allergic reaction over body. The process started out okay. However I was blindsided by a few different things with their front desk clerk, nurse, and doctor. I personally declined receiving the 50mg oral dose of Benadryl because I had already been taking that dose at home. They proceeded to say that they will do an IV instead, which was fine. My first time in here and the experience has been excellent, starting with the front desk Alondra, Ms. Tracy, Dr. K. Fitzgerald, Haley and the X-ray/ Scan technician were super welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. I surely recommend it. Thank you to all the Frontline ER.
