Kenneth was absolutely amazing. Very professional and took time to explain the issues to me and what could be done to better maintain the units. He is a very knowledgeable person with excellent customer service skills. He was able to fix our issue and I certainly will request that moving forward we have him help us with the units whenever necessary
On a very hot day when there were over 70 calls overnight, he ended up on a job where we were staying on vacation. Small world! 90 mins from previous job, an hour one-way to get a non-standard replacement part, and we are up and running! That's dedication when so many people are in the queue needing help! The owners of the rental and we as a family are grateful for saving our holiday vacation! (and, awesome truck brother!)
