Greg and his assistant Carine were prompt, courteous and efficient. Greg when completed with installation of the carbon filter/ whole house Atlas filter, took time to explain how it works. Carine did an excellent job installing our disposal system, as well. Likewise, Greg took time to explain how to operate the disposal system correctly. We appreciate the excellent service that we received from FSI Plumbing! Thank you!

I switched to FSi 3 years ago after unpleasant experiences with AmeriGas and I have not looked back. FSi has been wonderful. They are on top of deliveries and service and I always feel like they're being honest and fair. Justin visited today along with another technician to do my annual furnace safety check and tune-up. He is very professional, polite, and an excellent communicator. I had a much better understanding of my system and felt like I was in excellent hands.
