My fiancé and I have had such a pleasant experience working with the Fulbrix Leasing staff. Jordan and Quentin are absolute rock stars, very professional, flexible, and personable as well. After looking at several apartments those are qualities you realize how important they truly are in a building and with a leasing team. The Fulbrix team is amazing. Another review mentioned the change in management and I agree it was a bit bumpy, but when I reached out for help Quentin made me feel very heard and fixed everything really quickly. The entire team here is wonderful from front desk, to leasing, to maintenance, to janitorial, everyone is super friendly. My only wish list is that the hot tub was open year round and the building offered free coffee and a water/seltzer tap like other managed buildings in the area.
By far the best designed of the high-end towers in West Loop with its attention to detail and functionality. It's run exceptionally well by a large staff. Everyone is competent and pleasant and nothing was ever out of place. Senada and her team are fantastic!
I’ve been living at Fulbrix for some time now, and it’s been a great experience. The building is always clean, the amenities are top-notch, and the common areas have incredible skyline views. One of the best parts about living here is the staff. The concierge team is always friendly, and the maintenance team is super responsive—I had an issue once, and they had it fixed within an hour. Living at fulbrix was one of my favorite experiences. Staff: they are so helpful that everyone there became a family for me. Some of my cherished memories are within that building. Being a young family, they opened up for us. Communicating things that helped me strive to be a better person.
