I don't know why my experience is so different than the other reviews. My mortgage process was a disaster. Dylan took the preliminary info, then handed it off to Mariana who asked for all kinds of documentation, which I quickly provided, then she went on vacation and handed us off to another underwriter. That person asked for the same information, said she couldn't find it anywhere.
