Installed new ac unit 12/21. Unit would not shut off when thermostat read temp. Techs came several times through 2022. Finally stating it was a stat issue and placed a temp on until one like existing was ordered. The temp stat also would not shut unit off. When tech returned with new stat I requested old one to be placed back, it was thrown away and I was charged $454 and still have same issue. Company will not work with me on the charge and been a customer for 15 years.
