We called Furnace Family in December 2019 to replace our Hot Water Tank. Again in December we had to call them because our furnace quit working. Both times, we were super happy with everyone from the people in the office who took our calls, to each of the technicians who came to the house. They are professional, prompt and very knowledgeable. Kevin came to fix our "no heat" problem yesterday. He was friendly, efficient and definitely knew his trade. Kevin gave us a call as to when we could expect him and he got right down to business when he arrived. We have been Furnace Family customers since the summer of 2017 and we are very pleased with both their product and service. Thanks very much Kevin and keep up the great work and customer service. Our humidifier was dripping water continuously. I called the Furnace Family, and was advised that best to have one of their Techs come to our house to check the furnace and humidifier. Justin arrived at our house, as per scheduled time. He was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable regarding repairs required to our humidifier. I am just so very pleased with Furnace Family service and especially Jeff ****our tech man. So very personable, helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring.
