Our furnace crashed this week in -30 weather. From our initial call to Sharon, to the arrival of Chris Brown less that 3 hours later was a very positive experience. Chris did a diagnostic and had our furnace running again in less than half an hour. Very professional! Thanks Sharon and Chris! Brian

We could not possibly be more impressed with Furnace Family. From our initial meeting with Dave, to the technicians Julian and Connor, electrician Eric (and his partner - sorry didn't catch the second fellow's name), and also Chantel, office staff, our experience was perfect. Matthew was here on time. Very friendly and very helpful. Went straight to work on the furnace and within a half hour or so...my furnace got a clean bill of health!!! Good for another year. Thank you very much Matthew for the quick and courteous service. Fantastic job.

I called Furnace Family last night regarding an odd sound coming from our downstairs furnace. We had really not used it much since it was installed a year ago as we don't use the basement a lot. The service I received on the phone was fantastic from a very pleasant and helpful receptionist. Today, when the technician (RICO) arrived at my door at 7:58 for an 8 AM appointment I was thrilled. I was very happy with Chris Brown from Furnace family doing the yearly maintenance on my furnace. He was punctual, efficient at doing the work, cleaned up after himself. He was pleasant and easy to work with. I would definitely use this company to service my furnace in the future.

A week ago we had a new furnace and air conditioner installed in our home by Furnace Family. We were very pleased with the whole experience from the diagnostic of our 30 year old system, the quote we were given by Chris on the new equipment and the installation of the new system by Daniil and Jordan.
