So very helpful! Family day holiday and furnace quit working. I called and within an hour they were here and fixed the problem. Second time I have used their services and I’m very pleased. Technicians are friendly, efficient and very clear about needed repairs. Absolutely recommend using them!

We awoke on a Sunday Morning to find our Furnace had quit with a Critical Error Code. I called Furnace Family for an Emergency Technician, received a call back from Chris Brown. He was at the house within the hour, made the repair. Chris was very professional, friendly, and explained the issue and repair to it. Thank you Chris. Greatly appreciated.

Ron and Bryce came over this morning to replace my hot water heater. They were very friendly and professional. The job went smoothly and took less time that I had thought. Site was left clean. We didn’t have any hot water so we called Furnace Family and Chris was at our house within an hour. This is a fantastic company and we would recommend them to everyone. We had our yearly service call today . Connor arrived at our door right on time . A very knowledgeable, polite and efficient young man. Got right to business explaining everything he was doing during the process. Everyone we have spoken to from family furnace has been a pleasure to do business with and Connor was no exception.
