The only furnace business I trust! Lived in a house that I had built, the new furnace had issues that the installing company 'repaired' over and over... after one call to Furnace Family, the issue was truly repaired. Now residing in a different house, different furnace, had an issue... saw the installing company was the same as the one from the build so called Furnace Family - the repair was completed. We had a water heater replaced by the furnace Family about a year ago. that same heater flamed out today. Even after the pilot light went out the tank supplied two and a half showers before we noticed a problem. Kudos to the equipment the family supplies! Now to to today's incident. I called in the need to have things checked out and restarted. Within the hour a polite young man was our door. He checked everything out and re-lit the pilot light. We were struggling to get a hot water tank and installation at a affordable price. I came across furnace Family ad and contacted Ayshlee via chat and she helped me get into a affordable payment plan. They seem they care about their customer. Kevin the technician that came to house was friendly and very helpful with my furnace.
