From the first time meeting chandler his honesty and knowledge was amazing. His installation team was superb. They had a cancellation so we were lucky to get the job done quickly, the electrician was very capable and everything was clean and neat when they were done.
I had a great experience with Furnace Family. When my old furnace started acting up on New Year's Eve, I called them for help. The technician, Chandler, was very professional and friendly. He assessed the problem and gave me options to either repair or replace our 16-year-old furnace. He explained the advantages of replacing the old furnace versus repairing it for almost half the price of a new one. I was impressed that he wasn't pushing me to buy anything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Installation was done on time and left the area very clean. The only comment I have was the wires connecting the equipment was left outside the furnace which looked funny so I bought some braided tubing to protect them and make it look cleaner. Other than that very happy with my experience.
From the beginning to the end of the air conditioning installation, Aaron and everyone I dealt with at Furnace Family were wonderful to deal with. Aaron took the time to address all my queries and concerns.
