I am very impressed with the ATCO Furnace family. I had a pre-winter furnace tune up done and I had such a great experience from start to finish. Communication was clear and timely from the start, which I really appreciated. Andrew, the technician, arrived on time and was efficient, friendly, and super knowledgeable. He explained everything really well and made the whole process easy and anxiety free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or call them again for any furnace needs :)

We had our furnace and heating system serviced by Furnace Family Heating and we're very happy from start to finish. There was a problem with our humidifier running full blast whenever the furnace was running, they installed a monitoring device to ensure our humidity levels are where they should be. They also provided pictures of the entire process and went through everything they did with. Quite refreshing to know that our heating system is up to date and working properly.

We switched to ATCO Furnace Family for a furnace inspection because of the 5-star reviews. We were not disappointed. Service technician Chandler did a wonderful job nspecting our furnace. After looking at their recommendations and options we chose to have a new Lennox furnace installed. Chandler even set up an installation tech for us he recommended before leaving. Top professional and friendly service has given us the peace of mind going with this company. You will too.

Had a new heat pump installed by Phil and his assistant, Carter I believe. Both were very skilled, thorough, and professional. They took the time to do the job right and explain everything they were doing. They even corrected some of the poor workmanship that had been done by some previous technicians from another (unknown) business.
