I had a great experience with Furnace Family. When my old furnace started acting up on New Year's Eve, I called them for help. The technician, Chandler, was very professional and friendly. He assessed the problem and gave me options to either repair or replace our 16-year-old furnace. He explained the advantages of replacing the old furnace versus repairing it for almost half the price of a new one. I was impressed that he wasn't pushing me to buy anything. All facets of this process was handled with professionalism. Aaron was great in providing us with the information needed to make an informed choice and very detailed and fair with the estimate. They were able to get us in last minute with this install during some cold days in December when our existing furnace broke down. The installers were prompt, helpful and friendly. They then cleaned up after themselves and walked us through the installation and new ecobee thermostat system. Very satisfied so far!

From the beginning to the end of the air conditioning installation, Aaron and everyone I dealt with at Furnace Family were wonderful to deal with. Aaron took the time to address all my queries and concerns. Did a fair bit of research, and obtained several quotes but Furnace Family offered both the best value and the best solution: a quiet, compact, energy-efficient Daikin Fit. Furnace Family's technician, Grant, came to diagnose and fix some wiring/electrical issues I was having in my kitchen. Not only did he do a great job fixing the issue, but he took the time to show me what was going on and explain it thoroughly to me so that I would understand the problem and what he was doing to rectify it.
