Horrible experience so far. We had our furnace replaced on November 21 to replace a 20 year old unit that never caused any issues, along with the humidifier. They wired the thermostat incorrectly. The humidifier was connected to the furnace, so whenever the furnace called for heat, it also called for humidity. We had humidity levels over 55% for three weeks until they finally decided to send someone last week. We scheduled our furnace to be serviced . We were impressed by the overall communication & transparency. Reminders of the appointment by text & email and then more day previous and same day confirmation of time frame and name & picture of the technician coming to your home 😊the service itself was fully documented with pictures detailing what was fine and what needed further attention. Thank you Furnace Family and my technician, Colton, for the outstanding service. I scheduled a furnace inspection and tune up. Following the service, Colton walked me through all issues and concerns discovered, along with recommendations for both preventative maintenance and potential, future repairs. The electronic report received afterwards is very comprehensive, with several photos of the work conducted.

I am very impressed with the ATCO Furnace family. I had a pre-winter furnace tune up done and I had such a great experience from start to finish. Communication was clear and timely from the start, which I really appreciated. Andrew, the technician, arrived on time and was efficient, friendly, and super knowledgeable. I did a ton of homework regarding replacing my 10 year old humongous, noisy and most likely to leak any day water tank with a Rinnai Tankless Water System . I finally chose to go with Furnace Family Home Services by Atco Gas. Please read their website literature that details the procedures step by step till the installation is completed and your tankless system is inspected by the City of Calgary.
