We bought a couch back on March 5th, they told us it's 10 weeks out due to supply issues. Then in May we went back and bought a mattress with in-store rebate and asked if they had an update on our couch, they said they would let us know. 2 weeks after that we still hadn't heard anything so I tried calling their phone just kept ringing so I emailed them. They called my wife and said the couch will be in next week. That was 2 weeks ago and we haven't heard anything. This should never happen. Their customer service is terrible... read more

If I was you I would avoid this place at all cost! One of my friends ordered and paid for a Sectional Couch on July 11th, 2020 and to this day he still does not have it. He has called several times and they tell him they will check on it and let him know, crickets. He received an email telling him it should be delivered in December 2020 but that did not happen. This store is not enforcing the state mask mandate. Very disappointing.

Lisa, unfortunately, we are not able to make customers wear masks. We are not allowed to ask them to as they may have a health condition that does not allow them to wear them and we would be in violation under HIPAA laws.
