We had luxury vinyl flooring put down in our home and have high praise for Apollo from beginning to end. Blake, our salesperson was so patient and kind. Jason, our installer was fantastic. All the way around it was a wonderful experience and would highly recommend for any flooring project you might have. 5 star rating!!

Yes... sales and selection are easy. They are salesman. Installation and follow through are absolutely terrible!! We ordered our carpet for the 2 bedrooms in our retirement home. Waited for arrival and when it came Blake scheduled the install date. I waited and waited and never heard from anyone so I called Blake... they should be en route. Calls me back and the installers on on a "commercial" job and they need to reschedule to the end of the week. Uh "No, we are sleeping on the floor, our bedrooms are empty and ready." We had areas where the multiple ends of our vinyl floor planks had separations. Apollo really came through for us solving our problem with great satisfaction. Their installation crew is also terrific.
