Very nice local furniture store, very friendly, responsive. They have a good selection for most style types, especially transitional and a great range for upholstery in terms of quality/price. They can hold items for pending construction projects, too, which is a great bonus. Reason for 4 starts is a bit of confusion on the details of warranties, cushion fills, etc. from the salesperson. Just ask detailed questions!
I was dealt with in an extremely courteous and respectful manner at this store. I am a disabled Veteran and my furniture was a few days behind me and I have a bad back; Furniture in the Pines took amazing care of me helped me get a great recliner with neck and lumbar support and even delivered it the same day since they knew I had a bad back. I couldn't be more grateful and happy and I will be back soon!
Great customer service! My husband and I where looking for bedroom furniture and we didn't know for sure what we wanted. Barbara and the other women working that day helped us to get clear on what would work for us and helped us to narrow down our choices. We are very happy with our furniture it fits great into our style and our bedroom. We would buy more furniture there.
Furniture shopping made easy! I was looking for a perfect easy chair and ottoman. With Rick’s help I found it. He listened to what I wanted, let me bring home samples of fabric, answered lots of questions and most importantly made recommendations.
