Friendly & helpful customer service
They send yearly notification when our system is due for yearly maintenance. They schedule their appointments at a time when convenient for us. We live in the country and knowing we have the reverse osmosis system and water softener efficiently working gives me great peace of mind. Their representative was extremely nice and friendly, worked efficiently yet very timely, and I hope he comes again next year! Highly recommend

It was expensive but they did take care of the water problem we were having. They also stood behind their product and gave us the support that we needed.

Futuramic did a great job from estimate to installation. The soft water is great as well as the reverse osmosis system. I’m very pleased with Futuramic!
