They are all knowledgeable about any issue I have called about and always helped in a timely manner. When requesting salt they deliver when stated and transported to where I requested. Since March we have seen flood waters 6 feet deep in our basement area and we have been more than happy with their response. Checked out our unit the same day we returned to our home and we had safe clean water to come home to. I would recommend Futuramic anytime.
