I got my new Nissan serviced for the first time and everything went so smoothly. I pulled up to the service lane, and I was greeted immediately. They brought over Curtis, who helped get me checked in. He is extremely nice and explained to me why tire rotation is important. He was very thorough on communication and letting me know how I would get contacted for when my car is ready. He also let me know the next time I should bring my car in to get serviced. Took my vehicle for a diagnosis of my trailer lights without service engine light being on. After getting my vehicle back, the service engine light is on and service manager didn't even bother to look at it or address my concern. My appointment time was 11 but took my car in at 10, didn't get my vehicle back until 2. Looking at the video produced by the tech, I ran a more comprehensive diagnostic test on my electrical system then he did. This is the last time I will be doing business with Future Nissan. Jeff in service was amazing. Very accommodating, very knowledgeable and made sure I got in and out without any issues. Very helpful with a rental and with informing me on the process. Aware and knowledgeable on the Nissan Service Bulletin my vehicle required and took immediate action. Thank you
The Salesman Armaan was awesome, friendly, and went above and beyond for us. We. could not have asked for better. The finance team was also pretty awesome in getting me the best deal. The next time I'm in need of a car this will be the first place I go!
