My visits at Future of Dentistry have been nothing but positive! Dr. Costello and Lisa are a wonderful team who are so kind, professional and always put me at ease. It's such a pleasure seeing them at my appointments! The Reception staff are also very kind and courteous and very professional as well. I highly recommend the entire team at Future of Dentistry in Wakefield!
Beware extra costs if out of network. I was totally misled by this practice. I specifically asked if they billed services at my insurances allowed levels. I was reassured that they did. Now I owe 3 times more than expected out-of-pocket because this is what they charged over amounts allowed by my insurance. Also, they will make you get a comprehensive exam on the first visit even if your insurance does not cover it.
