I highly recommend Dr. Jerome Thomas at FX Physical Therapy in Annapolis. When I came to Jerome in early 2026, I was in bad shape. I had frozen shoulder, and I had been suffering with pain and a very limited range of motion for too long. Jerome started working on my shoulder right away. This is long overdue! I worked with Dr. Gina Hahn prior to and following the birth of my third child via VBAC. Every session was productive, with Dr. Gina using a range of approaches to meet me where I was at in my prep and healing (exercise, massage therapy, breathing techniques, etc.). Review For Jerome When I first began physical therapy with Jerome, I was dealing with several challenges related to my knee. I had constant swelling, limited flexibility, and was unable to bend my knee to a 90-degree angle. Walking felt unstable, my balance was off, and I often found myself limping and icing my knee throughout the day. Jerome Thomas at fx physical therapy is a wonderful physical therapist. He knows his stuff, imparts it kindly, watches his clients like a hawk, and pushes but not too hard. High recommend for this most pleasant young professional.
I never thought I would see a physical therapist or that pt would even work until I met Rebecca Spiker at FX Physical Therapy. She is amazing. She quickly assessed my needs and developed a plan to help strengthen and stabilize my shoulder. I feel 100x better! The space is clean, welcoming, and the appts run on time.
