Amazing pelvic floor PT! I had the best experience with and highly recommend Sophie Silver if you have pelvic floor PT needs. She is extremely knowledgeable, developed and helped me follow a great treatment plan, and made it easy to talk about things that can sometimes feel a bit sensitive. She is compassionate, understanding and an overall lovely human being, in addition to being a great health care provider. She is the best!

I have chronic lower back pain, so I started PT and was assigned to Sophie. My pain keeps getting noticeably less and less! But beyond that, I have learned so much about fitness and am actually getting in shape. Sophie tailors the exercises to your specific level and needs. For example, since I go rock collecting, she has helped me gain the greater balance I need to navigate through terrain. This experience has been life changing. --K
