James called us about a truck that we might be interested in. It was an unsolicited call, and we were lucky to get it. It was exactly whay we were looking for yet he had no idea we needed it. This was meant to be. This organization was fair, honest, prompt, and treated us like family. After a few days of negotiations, the deal was done, and we had our new truck. Thank you folks. Our Truck had some DEF codes, they worked fast and got our tucker back on the road fast, without high costs.
best service. But the prices are unreasonably high. I am leaving my truck with a specific reason. After checking for the first time and not finding the reason, they take the money and then look further. As a result, to find the reason, you will have to pay from $1000 to $6000. Repairs will have to be paid separately. And in other services the same reason can be repaired for a maximum of $1,500.
This was the nicest truck sales office we visited while on our truck search. Chuck was awesome - friendly and laid back. He has a no-pressure approach for a salesman, which was incredibly refreshing. He was helpful and gave us thorough information that we requested to compare options, as well as gave us time to inspect and test drive the trucks. Recommend!
