Felt dismissed and left in the dark. Doesn’t give any warning or information before she starts a procedure. Terrible interpersonal skills, terrible bedside manner.
Dr. Long has a horrible bedside manner. She rolls in with a quick "nice to meet you" and asks a couple of questions off her form before deciding she has all the information she needs to jump into attack mode. She's a mean, judgmental and condescending bully. Save yourself some humiliation and probably some tears, see someone else. While she is definitely easier to schedule than other doctors in the area, there's a reason for that.
Listen to the other reviews, along with this one. I've never met such a terribly rude, impatient, insensitive, and demeaning doctor. And this is clearly not a random event. Work on your bedside manner or get out of healthcare for the sake of other people you will continue to encounter.
