Amazing service. We are visiting from our of town and had someone hit the back of our rental. We called and they were able to fit us in same day and look at the car and push the bumper back out. The gentleman that helped us was so friendly and nice. If we lived closer this is where I would bring all of my cars for repair.
I got rear-ended a few weeks back, and was dreading the repair process, at least until I met the folks at G & C Auto Body. Everybody I met was friendly and really good at their job. The process was easy and I was kept up to date with texts; sometimes multiple times a day. I always knew where my ride was, what parts were ordered, when they would arrive and what was being done to my car. It was ready a day earlier than expected and looked great. Incredible customer service! They kept me informed about status of vehicle work; flawless bodywork repairing my newer vehicle that had taken a massive hit and kept the car from being declared a total loss. They had a rental car company pick me up when I dropped off my vehicle. They finished faster than expected. Totally professional and courteous staff--friendly and efficient--hard to find these days anywhere. I would give more stars if I could--highly recommended!!
Update 3/18/25 -- They fixed the windshield without charge. It cost $495 to diagnose it elsewhere since we didn't know it was the windshield and it still caused significant damage before identifying the problem, but at least no more money had to be put into a car that might be totaled. Based on them not finding the receipt originally, I don't believe they would have acted without this google review, which shouldn't have been necessary, but I appreciate they allowed it to be fixed in Santa Rosa where the car currently is rath... read more
After hearing great things about them I was confident leaving my car for an estimate after being hit. The car was deemed a total loss but seemed doable to fix. Not being able to get ahold of my insurance adjuster due to her being on vacation, I told G&C I was going to take the weekend but I would be back after. G&C seemed to have made the decision for me on my car without notice. Since they completely ripped apart my car for damage only to passenger rear quarter panel, door and suspension.
