Amazing service. We are visiting from our of town and had someone hit the back of our rental. We called and they were able to fit us in same day and look at the car and push the bumper back out. The gentleman that helped us was so friendly and nice. If we lived closer this is where I would bring all of my cars for repair.
I got rear-ended a few weeks back, and was dreading the repair process, at least until I met the folks at G & C Auto Body. Everybody I met was friendly and really good at their job. The process was easy and I was kept up to date with texts; sometimes multiple times a day. I always knew where my ride was, what parts were ordered, when they would arrive and what was being done to my car. It was ready a day earlier than expected and looked great. Excellent customer attention. The estimate was reviewed by the manager, Josh. Because I was paying for the repair myself he worked to reduce the amount. They also arranged for a special rate with Enterprise. Throughout the repair process there was timely communication and the car was ready sooner than expected.
In the past 3 years, I have gone to G&C on two separate occasions due to unexpected accidents with my vehicle. My insurance provider had them as a preferred shop and both times they were nothing short of amazing. Extremely professional and efficient. I was given daily updates from Justin on the status of my vehicle each time. All their staff are extremely knowledgeable when handling repairs with insurance companies and they also helped to ensure my rental car was available for me at the time of drop off for repairs.
