G & C is the place to feel at ease when your car needs repairs! They made my entire process painless. Specially after being in a small car accident, they made sure I didn’t have additional stress added on. The unfortunate event that I get two hit & runs in one day will definitely make anyone sad and devastated. After being rear ended I took my car to G&C. The initial assessment of damage was handled quickly and efficiently. I was educated on the visible damage and possibility of damage that could wasn’t seen at the time. My car was repaired quickly with timely updates. I appreciated the opportunity to ask questions and never felt “talked down” to. If needed I would not hesitate to return for auto care.
I just left this place and asked Jonathan, the guy who was supposed to help me, to remove all my information from his system. I was so disappointed with his manners and unprofessionalism that I decided I would not trust my vehicle with such staff. He started by calling me Bruh, instead of addressing me by Mr. Palacios or at least by my first name as any professional and respectful appraiser would.
