I highly recommend G & C Auto Body for any repairs. The technician that worked on my TESLA returned it to me several days later like NEW! This was the shop my insurance recommended due to their expertise repairing Teslas Rachel provided my insurance with an estimate, parts were ordered and the car was scheduled for repair the following week. I'm very happy with the work G & C Auto Body did on my Subaru. They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and the completion date. They did a GREAT job!
The repair job on my car was excellent. However, the pickup process was less than desirable. This was my second visit and both times I had issues with the insurance deductible. According to my insurance, I didn’t have a deductible but your records were not accurate. I was asked to pay you the deductible and then get reimbursed from my insurance. That is not good customer service.
The work was amazing. I was so sad when my car was hit but it looks like nothing ever happened after the repair. The employees were friendly and professional. The communication was spot on. I was always aware of the progress of the repair. I would definitely go back if I needed to.
