Great quick service for a fender bender--all covered by insurance. They were communicative about my car's status and responsive when I had questions. They even washed and vacuumed my poor filthy car before returning it to me. Relatively painless experience for an inconvenience. Thank you!
My Kia Optima was quickly and professionally repaired. Body work was perfection and color matching was perfect. Rachael kept me informed as to progress and took all the stress out of my car being repaired. This place deserves a 5 star review.
My car looked great when it was done! However, they kept my car for longer than expected (understandable to order more parts) and failed to communicate that with me. I got a call Wednesday saying it would be ready on Friday because parts still weren’t delivered, which I understand. Then the next day I get a voicemail (I missed the call while I was working) and they said “we’re closed Friday, have a good weekend” with no detail when it would be ready now. Had my vehicle repaired after a wreck. I’ll keep this simple and professionally unbiased. I was not satisfied with the repair nor did I follow up with the shop “getting it right” because I simply do not trust the workmanship or quality from G&C. The repaired paint on my rear fender has bubbles. The window tint they replaced is not the same shade or spec as the ceramic I installed. This tint also has bubbles as the base of window. Body repair was quick. Especially for a Tesla. They were responsive, openly communicated, worked well with insurance (was an accident). Super helpful in the whole process with insurance and the car rental agency, highly recommend.
