I would strongly caution anyone considering this shop. My car was rear-ended and brought here for insurance-covered repairs. While the body damage was repaired, I picked up my car only to find a massive crack across my windshield that was NOT there before. The shop’s own intake photos confirm the glass was not cracked when I dropped it off. Great experience at this body shop from the estimate to the completion of the repair to my fender. The cost, even though covered by insurance, was fair. The work was perfect. The customer service was excellent. I was driven back home then picked up when the job was done. It was completed in one day as promised. I'm a satisfied customer.
Tesla authorized place, took care of my bumper when it was, well, bumped. They did it right on the first try, color match is great and proper multicoat pearl white sparkle like the original. The rear enders AAA insurance paid for an enterprise Tesla model 3 car rental for the two weeks until it was all done. G&c organized for enterprise to pick up the rental when I picked up my car, super good experience at no cost to me.
G & C auto body did a great job, but i did notice my left head light was out after they repaired that side of my vehicle. The light was working prior to bringing the vehicle in for repairs.
Rachael is amazing! Made me feel comfortable and heard. Kept me up to date and my car was done early! Everything looked better than before and went so smooth. I would not see anyone else but her if I needed a collision repair and you shouldn't either she's the best!
