The service writer was excellent, very informative, friendly and explained everything. The young lady (receptionist) at the front desk needs to pay more attention to customers entering the office. When I walked in she was helping another customer, so I stood and waited my turn, no problem. When that customer finished, I was next but the receptionist never looked up nor acknowledged that I was standing there. I was rear ended a week ago🤨😩. I took my car somewhere else for an estimate, but was referred to G & C by my insurance company. When I tell you from the initial call, to entering the waiting area and being greeted by the cute girl at the desk…THIS WILL BE THE ONLY PLACE I’D TAKE MY CAR FOR ANY AUTO BODY REPAIRS!!!! Working with G & C in Pittsburg was such a breeze. The electronic signing and instant documents to my phone were so easy to complete. The ladies in the front desk were very helpful and accommodating. Joseph was keeping me in the loop throughout the process and the updates helped me feel at ease. His communication was on point and anytime I had any questions he would answer them quickly.
