I had a wonderful experience dealing with G & C auto body. I had a claim that I needed to get handled through my insurance & working with G & C auto body was so easy and they really are a great team. Ila, at the front desk was so sweet and tremendously helpful. And Austin who had helped me with my car, was great. I was having trouble getting child care for my kids, to drop off my car and G & C auto body was as helpful as they could be and actually picked my car up for me for repairs and dropped it back off. I am very happy with the workmanship and professionalism of the staff at G and C Auto Body Pittsburg. My car was rear-ended two days before Christmas. Despite the holidays, the repairs on my car were on target. I was very impressed with the updates communicated to me by my primary contact Austin Hart. Without hesitation, I highly recommend G and C Auto Body Pittsburg.
The service writer was excellent, very informative, friendly and explained everything. The young lady (receptionist) at the front desk needs to pay more attention to customers entering the office. When I walked in she was helping another customer, so I stood and waited my turn, no problem. When that customer finished, I was next but the receptionist never looked up nor acknowledged that I was standing there. Awesome work and service on my Corvette Stingray, applied a rear spoiler and a split lip front spoiler.
I was rear ended a week ago🤨😩. I took my car somewhere else for an estimate, but was referred to G & C by my insurance company. When I tell you from the initial call, to entering the waiting area and being greeted by the cute girl at the desk…THIS WILL BE THE ONLY PLACE I’D TAKE MY CAR FOR ANY AUTO BODY REPAIRS!!!!
