Working with G & C in Pittsburg was such a breeze. The electronic signing and instant documents to my phone were so easy to complete. The ladies in the front desk were very helpful and accommodating. I was rear ended a week ago🤨😩. I took my car somewhere else for an estimate, but was referred to G & C by my insurance company. When I tell you from the initial call, to entering the waiting area and being greeted by the cute girl at the desk…THIS WILL BE THE ONLY PLACE I’D TAKE MY CAR FOR ANY AUTO BODY REPAIRS!!!! fast, friendly professional, and an excellent job. Well done. Looks like a new car.
Left an entire piece in the cargo area of my car, that caused damage to the sides. It also now makes loud noises, that it never made prior to getting it back from this shop. Delayed my car for a week and didn't let me know until I asked about my car.. Very poor communication and now they have ignored my emails about the noise and that damage to the cargo area, which I have pictures and videos to prove all of this!
