Please BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I rarely leave negative reviews, but after this experience, I feel it’s important to warn others. My vehicle has now had to return to this shop four separate times because the repairs were not completed correctly the first time. Before the accident, my Subaru did not make a loud popping noise. After the repairs, it developed a significant popping sound from the suspension/front end, requiring me to bring it back yet again. Honest, Fast, and Incredibly Trustworthy – Highly Recommend! I cannot say enough good things about G&C Auto Body! I first brought in my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe because the rear struts weren't fully lifting. My technician, Austin, was incredibly polite, professional, and upfront. The struts were replaced and had the entire fix done in about 20 minutes. To top it off, the price was surprisingly affordable! Being in an accident is a little stressful.AAA started the process referred me to G&C auto body it was the easiest most friendliest process I’ve ever experienced in getting a car repaired. Everyone at G&C were so friendly so helpful and kept me aware of the process which was very short, taking care of my Rent-A-Car bringing my Rent-A-Car back. It just was a great experience and my car looks wonderful. I recommend everyone to G&C body shop.
I had a wonderful experience dealing with G & C auto body. I had a claim that I needed to get handled through my insurance & working with G & C auto body was so easy and they really are a great team. Ila, at the front desk was so sweet and tremendously helpful. And Austin who had helped me with my car, was great. I was having trouble getting child care for my kids, to drop off my car and G & C auto body was as helpful as they could be and actually picked my car up for me for repairs and dropped it back off. After shopping around, G & C had the best, not the cheapest, but you pay for what you get. Great service and awesome turnaround for getting the job done.
