I was rear ended a week ago🤨😩. I took my car somewhere else for an estimate, but was referred to G & C by my insurance company. When I tell you from the initial call, to entering the waiting area and being greeted by the cute girl at the desk…THIS WILL BE THE ONLY PLACE I’D TAKE MY CAR FOR ANY AUTO BODY REPAIRS!!!! C & G auto body shop did an amazing job on my Nissan pickup truck repair. Their attention to detail was on point and did a little extra that I really appreciated. My contact person Mr Lester Ramos was very professional and assured me that the work would be completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this repair shop to anyone.
Disappointed with the Quality and Service – Broken Promises I took my car to G&C Pittsburg after it was hit while parked overnight, expecting quality work based on past experience. Unfortunately, this time was completely different. After paying a $1,000 deductible, I picked up my car only to immediately notice serious misalignment between the hood, fender, and bumper. Their mechanic Justin worked wonders putting the whole front of my car back together in record time. He was also very communicative to me about the process as we went along. I never felt stressed out about what was going on and loved the transparency. If you need a company you can trust that will care about your vehicle as much as you do, definitely pick G & C.
Victoria and the staff are amazing! Kind, efficient and good at what they do. They helped us out through the process - even with dealing with our insurance company and the rental company. I didn’t have to worry about anything. They even kindly looked at our car after the original service when an unexpected tire pressure signal came up, and gave me a recommendation on next steps.
