I brought my car to G&C Auto Body (South San Francisco) through Geico's preferred shop program after an accident on 10/18/25. My vehicle was later moved to the San Francisco location, and this is when the communication issues started. I had a an insuranced covered rental that would was only until 10/31. Excellent customer service and they have my car ready before that pick up date.
Jeremy and the G&C team were excellent. Communication was great, very courteous and did extra work to make sure car was drivable while we waited for parts to come in before they could complete the repair. Once the parts got in, completed the work faster than scheduled. Would absolutely work with them again and highly recommend!
Very professional and friendly service. They thoroughly explained to me the process and timeline when I brought in my car to get an estimate. They finished ahead of schedule. The door looks brand new and you can't tell where it was smashed.
Edit: Thanks for your response below, but when I reached out to the email you shared below, no one responded. If you do want to make it right, please respond and fix the remaining issues with my car. This is the second repair with G & C, and both repairs have had issues. With this latest repair, the driver's side mirror control no longer works. As I was trying to adjust it to see clearer on the freeway, it would only move in. Not only was this annoying, it was also dangerous. I'm kind of scared to drive my car. I keep wonde... read more
