It was the easiest and best experience!!! The staff were extremely helpful and made the process run smoothly! They did the repair in a timely fashion (2 days)!!! When I arrived the car looked beautiful and the repair was beyond my expectation! I was extremely happy with the work and service they provided! I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!
I called this shop after they got all my insurance information asked them if I could drop my car off after work they said sure no problem when I show up at 3:45 like I said I would be they said no you have an appointment at 4:30 and it’s for an estimate not a drop so they don’t care about wasting peoples time if they can’t get appointments right I can’t trust them to fix my car. Clown show.
Everything from the beginning to the end was amazing! The communication was great in everyway possible. The only downside I had and confused as to why some of my stuff needed to be pulled out and not put back in place. For example, my dashcam cord and back seat pocket.
Eddie is very helpful, he will keep you update your car status. Place is organized, clean and easy to locate. Rental car returns no problem, can leave in the shop and they will help you contact them. Over all 5 stars!
I was referred to this body shop for GEICO. I had been there before and it had gone fairly smoothly. After arriving, I was told to sign in on the iPad and sat around for 15 minutes waiting for "the manager". Three other employees sat at their computers ignoring me, and I just shuffled around uncomfortably and eventually sat in the only chair available which was in the freezing cold.
