Good customer service (home baked cookies, really good coffee), convenient drive up parking and inspection. I had a small dent, they fixed it in 3 days. Car rental came to me and I also left it at G&C to pick up. My car looked like new as if nothing ever happened. And my car didn't feel like someone was drag racing it. Not to mention the seat was exactly the adjustment I left it. Only complaint is if they washed my car, I couldn't tell. They didn't vacuum it. Guess I'm asking for pre-pandemic type of service. This place is 1st class and they are total Professionals. Justin provided me with stellar customer service. They kept me informed and made sure I understood what was happening and when. Justin also let me know that I would have to discuss the charge for my deductible with my insurance company. He definitely went above and beyond.
Fast, communicative, and detailed work from the G & C team! Jose was a great staff member to work with and he was able to provide me with all relevant information for my vehicle's repair process. I had an issue with some slight misalignment and he was helpful enough to schedule a follow-up check-in with their alignment shop partner. G&C took great care of me throughout the process of my body work. They kept me updated on the progress almost daily, and were very flexible with scheduling when it came time to pick up my car. They even returned my rental car for me! Easily 5 stars
I brought my car to G&C Auto Body (South San Francisco) through Geico's preferred shop program after an accident on 10/18/25. My vehicle was later moved to the San Francisco location, and this is when the communication issues started. I had a an insuranced covered rental that would was only until 10/31.
