Good customer service (home baked cookies, really good coffee), convenient drive up parking and inspection. I had a small dent, they fixed it in 3 days. Car rental came to me and I also left it at G&C to pick up. My car looked like new as if nothing ever happened. And my car didn't feel like someone was drag racing it. Not to mention the seat was exactly the adjustment I left it. Only complaint is if they washed my car, I couldn't tell. They didn't vacuum it. Guess I'm asking for pre-pandemic type of service. I came in for an estimate with a referral from state farms insurance company after an accident and initially thought the process was going normally,. However, once I explained that I will not be getting the repair done there at their shop, the estimator's attitude noticeably changed an the estimate that I received was extremely lower than state farms picture estimate and other reputable auto body shops. G&C Auto Body provided me the most exceptional and accommodating service I have ever received from an auto repair facility. The collision timing of my car was bad as I needed it by the following Friday. Justin, at G&C did not hesitate to ensure that my car would be ready by the following Thursday, by taking photos of my car, and ordering the parts. I brought my car to G&C Auto Body (South San Francisco) through Geico's preferred shop program after an accident on 10/18/25. My vehicle was later moved to the San Francisco location, and this is when the communication issues started. I had a an insuranced covered rental that would was only until 10/31. Fast, communicative, and detailed work from the G & C team! Jose was a great staff member to work with and he was able to provide me with all relevant information for my vehicle's repair process. I had an issue with some slight misalignment and he was helpful enough to schedule a follow-up check-in with their alignment shop partner.
