Jeannette at G&C Auto Body was awesome. Great communication and great customer service. I got updates on my car every step of the way, and it was done quicker than I expected. The customer service all the way around here with everyone I came in contact with was great. I highly recommend G & C Auto Body.
They time frame shop have me was great 1 week before Christmas and was well updated on time from and part ordered to arrival of parts to installment as well on delays. After my car was done and I picked up a couple days later some lights turned on, on dashboard return on the first business day and shop went above and beyond to get it done that same day and not put me in a rental again. First time customer through insurance. After the repairs, I had to go back since there was a couple issues after the repairs. They were nice enough to pick up my vehicle with same day repair. The only negative part is that I’m missing a part of my trunk clip.
I had a great experience with G & C auto body. Took my jeep in due to a freak accident on the grapevine (tire flew off a big rig and hit my hood/windshield/front end) . They were thorough in their inspection to make sure every little thing was fixed and my car is like new again. Luis was really nice and I was pleased with their work and they even cleaned my car inside and out prior to returning it to me which I greatly appreciated. Great first experience, they kept us updated every step along the way. Took a little longer than expected but everything looked great and they even cleaned the inside of our car. Very nice and professional staff. Would definitely recommend G and C Auto. Thank you
