I really appreciate G&C Auto Body for repairing or replacing the car door. It looks really new as if I got a new car or never got into an accident. It took weeks for this to process the repairs and everything is back to the way it was. I arrived during the evening and 30 minutes before they’re closed. Perhaps that’s why there weren’t many people? Also they have water bottles and coffee inside the building while you can wait to get your car back or other things. Again, I like to thank them taking care and repairing my car.
My Tesla model 3 and I have been through a few incidents in the last year, and I am so glad I found this shop to take care of my car’s body work every time. They were helpful in navigating insurance trickiness, and they made my car look brand new. navigating the rental car system was a breeze also – I loved that I could just return the rental car to the shop and take my car from there. G & C folks are easy to schedule with, great to work with, amazing service overall.

Severe damage to the front passenger side bumper below the hood near the headlight. Repaired to pre-existing appearance and condition or damn near to it. Received updates every other day on Tuesdays and Thursdays as to the stage of the repair process and let me know how close it was to the end.
Worst experience I have ever had happen to me, and I don’t even have my vehicle back yet. My car has been there for a month and no progress has been made. All I ever get for an answer from my service advisor (Ricardo Serrano) is that my car is hard to repair because it’s a bmw, and not only that my car is still waiting on parts after having my steering rack ordered incorrectly 4 TIMES!!!
