My recent experience at G&C Autobody left me with somewhat mixed feelings. While the service advisor, whose name I believe was Mustafa, was truly fantastic, the quality of the paint job and the overall attention to detail left something to be desired. Just picked up my car this afternoon & am super excited at how great it turned out. I never thought it would look the same after the accident, but it looks brand new again. Everyone there made me feel at ease when i dropped it off & I appreciated the way they kept me informed from start to finish. You guys ROCK!!
Excellent work and customer service. Mike, the manager, did a great job at keeping me informed of my cars' status every step of the way. They got my car in and out quickly, and now my car's running better than ever.
My 2022 Bronco Sport was sent here for extensive repair so it naturally took awhile for parts and then the labor. I needed body work and suspension work done on the passenger side.it was a lot of work being done so there was some concern. Will it drive and handle the same? Will the paint match the original? I brought my car in here after I got into an accident and was helped by Savannah. She was incredibly helpful, easy to talk to, and kept me updated consistently. She vouched for me to help replace everything in the front bumper as well as the rear bumper. She also checked the car with me again at the end and made sure I was happy with it. The service was great and they have tea and coffee for you to drink while you wait. My car came back looking brand new and they even washed my car.
