I really appreciate G&C Auto Body for repairing or replacing the car door. It looks really new as if I got a new car or never got into an accident. It took weeks for this to process the repairs and everything is back to the way it was. I arrived during the evening and 30 minutes before they’re closed. Perhaps that’s why there weren’t many people? Also they have water bottles and coffee inside the building while you can wait to get your car back or other things. Again, I like to thank them taking care and repairing my car.
My vehicle was hit while at a stop sign, and the other driver's insurance, USAA, took responsibility for the repairs to my 2025 Tesla Model Y. Their only in-network provider, which was a Tesla-certified shop, was G&C Auto Body. My Tesla model 3 and I have been through a few incidents in the last year, and I am so glad I found this shop to take care of my car’s body work every time. They were helpful in navigating insurance trickiness, and they made my car look brand new. navigating the rental car system was a breeze also – I loved that I could just return the rental car to the shop and take my car from there. G & C folks are easy to schedule with, great to work with, amazing service overall.
My recent experience at G&C Autobody left me with somewhat mixed feelings. While the service advisor, whose name I believe was Mustafa, was truly fantastic, the quality of the paint job and the overall attention to detail left something to be desired. I couldn’t be happier with the service! The team did an incredible job restoring my car — it looks brand new, and the attention to detail is outstanding.
