The car was taken and detailed but still smells. 1.5 Star : Customer Service I have used this autobody repair shop before and was greatly satisfied. This time was a horrible experience.

Be considerate 5 Star : Customer Service The repair was great. Thanks for vacuuming my car. Didn’t appreciate my AC was on full blast and malfunction light on car was ON when getting into car. Called to talk to manager Friday said who I was - put on hold-no one came to phone. No call back.

The timeline was off by two weeks and it kept changing. They lost my bumper, painted the car the wrong color, etc
0 Star : My Experience not satisfied at all. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. The customer service wasn’t good at all. The quality very poor and the manager not wanting to fix something the shop screwed up. Please do call
0 Star : My Experience Front office customer service wasn’t pleasant and the representative made multiple calls stating the vehicle was ready for pick up and it wasn’t. I rearranged my schedule only to find out, the vehicle wasn’t finished. Otherwise, the experience was satisfactory. No need to contact me to discuss further.
