DO NOT take your vehicle here.. they shorted something out and fried two batteries and my infotainment system… denied any responsibility.. oh and… their painter is mediocre at best.. obvious that he knows nothing about pearl paint. Unqualified estimators and technicians! Go somewhere else!!
G&C Auto Body is one of the best shops I’ve done business with over the years. I’ve used them on several occasions and I would definitely highly recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service, quality workmanship and fair pricing. The front end staff were great. Made me comfortable right away. James (General Mngr) handled my issue with professionalism and understanding. Very helpful and much appreciated. Can’t ask for more than that. I can’t speak Highly enough about the service I received at G&C . From the minute, I walked in I was Welcomed with a smile. And the reassurance, I would have the best service possible. They kept me informed about all the services being done to my car via text sometimes twice a day honestly, I’ve never experienced Customer service like this anywhere else and I’ve been in Sonoma County for 16 years. Just want to thank Kevin and your team again for the outstanding customer service and very quick turnaround on my car. It was great receiving daily updates and your team made me feel cared for and in good competent hands.
I have to say as sad as I was that my car had to be in a shop....I gotta say I'm happy it was with G&C. From speaking to Kevin the first time, he told me they would handle everything and they did. My car looks GREAT and the SERVICE AMAZING!!! Thank You G&C.
