I worked with James and Veronica — both were great! Veronica organized the schedule and James got the work done. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end (which is crazy, since we are basically talking about repairing your car after someone hit it!) James even found another, unrelated-to- the-accident dent that he fixed, after I approved the expenditure. He also pointed out an (unrelated) electrical issue that needs to be fixed. I had to deal with GandC in Rohnert Park years ago and they were fabulous. So far and we're just in The beginner's process. It's also been fabulous. I doubt that will change between now and the end of my claim. These guys know what they're doing and their partnership with Enterprise is fast and efficient. All I had to do was show up

Unparalleled customer service from start to finish. Our car was repaired and back to us on 1 week, and the bodywork is flawless. We will never go elsewhere should the need ever arise again.

Great staff, very considerate and helpful during the claim process and the repair process. I have always had good results in three past visits to this auto body shop that was required over the past 10 years. The most recent one was also reliable and their work meets high standards. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Start to finish a great experience. Great communication. The work is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend to family and friends if they have to have body work done.
