From day one everyone was courteous and tremendously kind to me. I received updates via text which was extremely convenient and I really appreciated the whole team from start to finish. Did an awesome job. good as new and speedy!! If you live in Sonoma it is easy to get to and they rent a car for you convenience while the car is in the shop.
G & C Auto Body in Sonoma could not have been any better. My insurance company was incredibly slow and very hard to motivate to get my claim processed. But G & C was amazing. The initial quote was super fast and convenient. Between that day and the week I finally was able to get my car in (delay by insurance company, not G&C) they were amazingly responsive and answered questions for me that Allstate should have answered. They did a great job repairing my car door that had a big dent from a driver who hit it in a parking lot, and didn't leave their insurance info. It looks as good as new! They were also nice enough to install two new struts on my hatchback door for no labor cost! Would recommend them to a friend for any bodywork.
I would highly recommend G & C Auto Body. They have great customer service both on site and via text message alerts. They were very easy to work with, and got the work I needed done completed rather quickly. Great team and would recommend them to anyone.
