I've have used G & C Auto Body on several occasions through the years. They are a preferred shop for my insurance company, USAA. The quality of work and service level are top notch. The communication between USAA and G & C is seamless. They even found a tiny detail they were not happy with, something I would have never noticed, and ordered an additional part that they installed a few days after I picked up my car. Very thorough and timely service. After being hit by another driver, G&C Sonoma had me in and out in 2 days. They even arranged a rental car to be dropped off at their shop for me. Clean job and friendly people!
Great experience start to finish. Friendly, accommodating service. Excellent damage repair and detailing; the car hasn't been this clean since it rolled off the showroom floor.. I highly recommend this shop, and would certainly go back to them if the occasion should arise.
All was great. A bit more info on the car rental process would have been good. ie to be told that delivery could only be to the dealership not to my house. And that a call to the exact rental store and which rental store that is to set up the car delivery.
Work looks good and is guaranteed, they washed the car in/out before returning it to me, they arranged to have my rental car ready at the shop for pick-up and dealt with the return of it for me. The one thing I wish was better was communication about it not being ready when they first anticipated it would be.
