Our experience with G&C was excellent. Elden and his team went above and beyond with servicing our vehicle. Our vehicle was fixed and ready to pick up in the time frame that was given to us. Everyone in the shop is friendly, helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend G&C.
While it was a minor repair from a parking lot accident, it was done by G&C very quickly with great results. They ordered parts in advance and did the repair in one day! I live very close to their shop and they even drove me to and from home on that repair day. Couldn't have been better.
This place is awesome. I brought my Acura MDX here after a break in where the drivers door lock was completely damaged and paint scratched up. Elden was the best and knew exactly what was needed and even preemptively ordered parts while i dealt with insurance. Car looked liked nothing had ever happened and only took 3 days. Staff was always friendly were always making sure id been helped.
G&C Autobody did a great job fixing my car! Customer Service was top notch - they had very clear communication, responded quickly to any questions and also knew who I was an greeted me by name. I highly recommend the shop in Novato.
They errored in putting the electronics back in my vehicle and left me with no turn signals. There was no indication that electronic work needed to be done, so I didn't know they were at fault. I had to take the vehicle to a dealer for diagnostics and found out that the problem was caused by their error. It cost me $470 to find this out.
