It seemed that we waited for months before the crew finally came to put on the new roof. Once they got started it seemed to go fairly smooth. There was a 6'-8' of flashing that was supposed to be replaced. It was never replaced. Instead it was painted,but the color doesn't match the rest of the trim or flashing and it standsout when looking at the house.

I had a roofing emergency that was very time sensitive. G Pro showed up very shortly after being contacted to give me an estimate and showed up on site with a crew and materials with a week of executing the contract. They provided a a fair price with excellent customer service, giving me all the information I requested for this project. Overall it's been a great experience, and I definitely plan on using them again for future projects.

The salesmen, the office staff, and even the install crew at GPro were awesome! They treated us more like an extension of their family, rather than a quick buck. Our house looked terrible after the storm and now with brand new windows and siding from GPro, ours is the nicest house on the block! We couldn't be happier with the work and the way we were treated! GPro is the best of the best!

Above and beyond expectations! Our first interaction was when they came out and tarped my roof because another storm was coming and we already had damage inside our home. They made us feel so safe and secure, as if we were a part of their family. It was such a nice experience and such a breath of fresh air to know someone out there is still doing the job right and being honest while doing it! GPro is the best!
