If I could give it 10 stars I would. My family and I moved out here to Columbus from Phoenix. We already had a house lined up before we got out here. But it wasn't livable and in the worst part of town. I had a job interview in Dublin and my wife and I thought it was beautiful. I’ve lived here for about four months and the first month the fire alarm went off for four hours at the apartment below me and there was severe water damage to the point the fire department was ripping the walls down until 2 am and I work at 5am. I got no communication from the management about the incident and just had to deal with the noise with no apology. I have lived here for 3.5 months now and it’s been okay. The management team is good and most of the residents are friendly. The downside is the walls are really thin and my upstairs neighbor blares heavy bass music most weeknights till the wee hours of the morning and I can hear everyone walk up and down the stairs. I’m debating about not renewing my lease. Not the best first apartment experience so far but hopefully it gets better since I have 8 more months to live here. We moved in the new phase, Kayla has worked very hard to get everything handled. We had some bumps in the process but, she is very sweet and always handles everything. The apartments are nice.
I love living at Gage! This was my first place and the staff were so sweet to me when I first applied to live here. I've gotten to know some of my neighbors over time and also referred my friends to live here too. Some of the management and staff have always been resourceful and welcoming. Also, the amenities are nice for the price and they host events to build up the resident community.
