COMPLAINT I would not recommend Galaxy Dry Cleaners To anyone. This is the worst Dry cleaner for quality of work and customer service. They lost four items in September 2022they ruined four things earlier this year. Terrible! Lost our dress, then suddenly found it but can't tell me if it's been clean. They've had it for a week! Manager can only be reached by email??? Run run away fast from this business!

Horrible business. I was given a quote on the phone for a sundress and when I went in I was told the same information. I was also told if it were different I would get a call from the gentleman doing alterations. I was never called and when I went to pickup my dress the cost doubled. I was told the clerk used an old price sheet. The clerk also wrote my number down incorrectly. They did not honor their word. Took area rug in on 1/28/22. Told it would take 2.5 to 3 weeks. They sent email it is ready. Went in and they give me a rug that is not mine. I told them this is not my rug and I was told it must be at the cleaning plant. It has been *********************************************************** $55.00 for cleaning. This business has earned it's "F" grade from better business bureau. I dropped off something and never heard back from this business. I called them and this business does not care about it's customers. I can tell you this business is one to avoid even if it is convenient due to the location. I can not even justify one star in this review as this business should be closed for the sake of the Surprise community.

Drop off two dress to have one zipper replaced and second to have a clasp added to top of zipper, ask for pricing but the young man at the counter told me because alternations are sent out he would not be able to provide me a quote. I request a call for pricing but never received it. I wasn't worried at the time because I figured since it was a small alteration the most it would cost would be $30. DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!! IT WILL GO MISSING AND MANDIE THE OWNER DOESNT CARE ABOUT HER CUSTOMERS. THEY HAVE BEEN ROBBING CUSTOMERS OF NICE CLOTHES AND ITEMS AND SELLING THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE PROBABLY. Galaxy Cleaners is not an honest business. Was told at drop off that my panels would be less than a 2 pc suit that was $5 each piece. So i figured $4 each. Left all my information and was told when it is done they will notify me and then i would be charged. Thinking my bill would be around $30 for 2 suits & 2 curtain panels. I was charged $71.00 so that was $25 each panel. I have called 5 times for a manager or owner to call me to dispute the charges. I’m still waiting for s call.
