Galaxy came out to do spring cleaning but did a rushed job late in the day. I sent follow up to voice my experience and didn't hear back conveniently. After leaving a review that wasn't 5 stars due to my experience someone finally reached out. After some frustrating texts I reluctantly agreed to remove my review to allow them to come back to do some follow up clean up of the missed sticks and weeds. Excellent spring cleanup and mulch job. Hard working crew that removed all debris before mulching. Would use again.
I needed the lawn cut for a party and it was a last minute call. They saved us. The yard looks fabulous. We have used them for other projects and we love them.
The team was very communicative and very flexible when we asked them to do a few extra tasks the week they were coming. Will definitely use again.
Galaxy from the initial request for estimate for work, inspect the area, present the estimate, and perform the work certainly met my expectations. The supervisor's and work crew's efforts and work are commended, performing the work in the most hot and humid conditions on a sloped work area. I will certainly reach out for future work that arises.
