I wish I could give a better review, but unfortunately, our experience with Gallery One Furniture has been extremely frustrating. We purchased a three-seat sofa and a matching chair from them and later decided to order a second matching chair to complete our set. When I called in July to ask about the delivery time, I was told it would arrive in October. We had excellent results at Gallery 1. Annette (our sales associate) was attentive and informative but gave us room to browse and not feel overcrowded. She helped us to find the best purchase for our needs. I would definitely ask for her when I'm ready for another furniture piece.
I recently visite nova furniture had a fantastic shopping experience. The store has a wide variety of furniture, from modern designs to more traditional pieces, and everything in between. I was impressed by the quality and craftsmanship of the items on display. We had an amazing experience with Annette. She is knowledgable, engaged, and very helpful. Her design experience was a huge asset in helping us make selections. We have a few other rooms to update in our home, and will definitely go back to work with her.
