My wife an I had a very positive experience! In the purchase of our recliner, our sales person, Charise, was very personable and knowledgeable. She made us feel comfortable and relaxed.
Had a lovely and fun experience buying and building a new sectional last weekend!! Scott was wonderful and made the experience so much fun! He was incredibly patient with me as I ended up changing my mind multiple times, even coming back the next day after I slept on it and needed some more changes. I appreciated his input and how much he was wiling to help us with such a big purchase!! Can't wait to receive the sectional!
I wish I could give a better review, but unfortunately, our experience with Gallery One Furniture has been extremely frustrating. We purchased a three-seat sofa and a matching chair from them and later decided to order a second matching chair to complete our set. When I called in July to ask about the delivery time, I was told it would arrive in October. I was helped by salesman Scott. He was wonderful to deal with and walked me through all my options. He honored the price on line that was lower. I am very excited to get my new sofa and I would recommend Gallery1 to anyone in need of home furnishings.
