My wife an I had a very positive experience! In the purchase of our recliner, our sales person, Charise, was very personable and knowledgeable. She made us feel comfortable and relaxed.
I purchased a sofa from Kari and she was wonderful. I was in to see her as a follow-up of our email. She was so helpful with everything from picking colors and style. I will definitely recommend her and your store. The sofa is made in Ontario, Canada so delivery will only be about 8-10 weeks.
Charise spent so much time with us choosing fabrics and configuring the best set up and layout. Had such a positive experience. Definitely will recommend to family and friends. Plus it's Canadian made!
Had a lovely and fun experience buying and building a new sectional last weekend!! Scott was wonderful and made the experience so much fun! He was incredibly patient with me as I ended up changing my mind multiple times, even coming back the next day after I slept on it and needed some more changes. I appreciated his input and how much he was wiling to help us with such a big purchase!! Can't wait to receive the sectional!
