I was helped by salesman Scott. He was wonderful to deal with and walked me through all my options. He honored the price on line that was lower. I am very excited to get my new sofa and I would recommend Gallery1 to anyone in need of home furnishings.
I wish I could give a better review, but unfortunately, our experience with Gallery One Furniture has been extremely frustrating. We purchased a three-seat sofa and a matching chair from them and later decided to order a second matching chair to complete our set. When I called in July to ask about the delivery time, I was told it would arrive in October. Thorough, professional they found answers to all my product questions, spoke with suppliers and identified availability and timelines for delivery. Throughout the process we’re friendly and accessible. I would highly recommend their services and commitment to a quality customer experience
Went to the Gallery today to purchase a chair for a spare bedroom. Found the one with the help of Annette. She was very helpful, pleasant and told me I could change the fabric and she helped with picking the new one. It was very fast process and would definitely shop here again.
We had excellent results at Gallery 1. Annette (our sales associate) was attentive and informative but gave us room to browse and not feel overcrowded. She helped us to find the best purchase for our needs. I would definitely ask for her when I'm ready for another furniture piece.
