BUYER BEWARE. It’s a shame to have to leave this review. I was building a new home and needed to furnish it. The build complete date was only an estimate which I communicated clearly to James the owner. The agreement was that they would hold the order until I had a definitive date because I didn’t want the furniture sitting indefinitely in a warehouse getting dirty, damaged or lost. I was very impressed with the service at Gallery 1 Furniture. I had a brand of sofa I wanted to purchase and Cathryn Tracy did a wonderful job of taking me through the associated considerations. She’s got a serious eye for fabric and style. I’m looking forward to the arrival of my sofa and I definitely appreciated the time and energy Cathryn expended to get my purchase just right. Amazing experience! Annett at Gallery 1 is top notch. She helped me coordinate furniture for my living space. She is very professional, has a great eye, and I respect her taste. I absolutely love the new look. It's bright and modern and feels like a true haven! I highly recommend the decor and fabulous service at Gallery 1
Outstanding service from Cathryn Tracy. Kudos to her fabulous interpersonal customer service and impeccable fashion sense. It is refreshing to know that there are sales consultants/associates whose people skills make a different between a beautiful shopping experience and a disrespectful/appalling shopping experience.
Nice Couch, good price. Cats like it. Delivery guys were great. All in all, a positive experience.
