The service we received at Gallery 1 was outstanding, the staff went above and beyond and made the process so easy. The selection of furniture is amazing and you really don't need to look elsewhere. I wish I could give a better review, but unfortunately, our experience with Gallery One Furniture has been extremely frustrating. We purchased a three-seat sofa and a matching chair from them and later decided to order a second matching chair to complete our set. When I called in July to ask about the delivery time, I was told it would arrive in October. The salesperson Kari made us feel at ease, let us waunder around the store, and answered any questions we had. When we decided upon what couch we were interested in, she gave us info on the product and we actually bought the ottoman to go with it.
I purchased a sofa from Kari and she was wonderful. I was in to see her as a follow-up of our email. She was so helpful with everything from picking colors and style. I will definitely recommend her and your store. The sofa is made in Ontario, Canada so delivery will only be about 8-10 weeks.
