I am very pleased with Galloway’s work and products. I have been a repeat customer since my house was built many years ago and they have done an outstanding job every time. Even while there was a hiccup in this last project we did, they were very empathetic about it and very quick to fix it. I will be using Galloway Carpet , in the future, for the rest of my house for more renovations. I would 100% percent recommend highly Galloway Carpet. They won’t let you down!!
My husband and I visited the store on 11/16/24. We were initially met with great customer service. Zach took down our information and advised us he will call us at a later date to schedule someone to take measurements of our residence for a complete estimate. A week went by, no call. My husband called, he was advised someone would call him back, that never happened. We chose Galloway Flooring because we prefer spending our money with small businesses and not big box stores. Our carpet was installed 7/18/2024. They did a beautiful and professional job. We are very happy we went with Galloway for their selection, price, great workmanship and follow-up calls to ensure we were satisfied.
The whole project went great. From the store employee helping us choose new flooring. She truly cared that what we choose what we wanted. They're install team was GREAT! I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone.
I want to thank Galloway Carpet for an outstanding job! I originally spoke with Ron, the Sales Mgr. At that time. He was polite, helpful and courteous as he worked through the entire process with me through the sale. Brian, installed the carpet on my small porch. My porch has some tricky areas for installing carpet. He did an outstanding job even with the difficult areas that needed covering. I recommend this company 100%!
