We chose Galloway Flooring because we prefer spending our money with small businesses and not big box stores. Our carpet was installed 7/18/2024. They did a beautiful and professional job. We are very happy we went with Galloway for their selection, price, great workmanship and follow-up calls to ensure we were satisfied.
I want to thank Galloway Carpet for an outstanding job! I originally spoke with Ron, the Sales Mgr. At that time. He was polite, helpful and courteous as he worked through the entire process with me through the sale. Brian, installed the carpet on my small porch. My porch has some tricky areas for installing carpet. He did an outstanding job even with the difficult areas that needed covering. I recommend this company 100%!
This place is top notch from day one through the entire project. Ron was so helpful, I walked in with a budget, my style, my color ideas and he guided me to the area that best suited my needs. Once I made my selection, he scheduled the install. The installers were on time and got right to work. Everything was so easy, if only picking out carpet was as easy. I recommend skipping all the others, unlike me, and just stopping here first.
Danny, our initial contact, and Don, the installer, were both awesome. Don was very professional and did a great installation job. Danny took care of everything from the business side. We are very pleased with Galloway Carpet, highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
It started with Danny - so friendly and great follow up with a good, fair price. The crew was excellent with their tile work. Love my floors. It’s always a mess and you never think your house will be normal again, but they were very respectful, moved all my furniture and the finishing touches we added like base trim worked out great. Again - very fair price for excellent work. They should market more than just floors!
