Game Shape Physical Therapy is an awesome place. John and his staff are extremely caring, supportive, and extremely knowledgeable. I am an ice hockey referee and had limited movement in my left hip. Within 3 weeks, I was skating better than I’ve skated in months. Picking up pucks is still not great but at least I can pick them up without pain. Thank you for all the help.
This is my 3rd time coming to Game Shape for different symptoms but as always, it’s a pleasure! John is so helpful and knowledgeable. He knew every specific point on my shoulder that needed attention. He also applied cupping therapy which I had never done before and each time it relieved my soreness and pain. I had a great experience going for the past 7 weeks - my injury feels better and I have the tools and knowledge I need to keep myself feeling good. Everyone is super nice and helpful. I've been to Game Shape several times and it has always been a pleasure. John and everybody there have been extremely helpful and are very knowledgeable. From post-surgery recovery to tight muscles, going to Game Shape has been a tremendous help.
