Jordan Valley Infusion Center The reception was kind and you can check in online now. The nurse was very helpful, gentle and gave me a lot of information. The gal that took my blood for my test was excellent. I am very hard to get blood from, but she was so right on. I didn’t even fill the needle go in and she tapped in first try. That is totally amazing for my Veins! Thank you all!!
I had my first treatment today and it was nice to work she made sure I understand the process and I felt comfortable during my infusion. It was quite the process to get here and to be seen and treated that was primarily due to insurance so many hurdles.
I have had so many issues with this center. My son was scheduled for surgery with out pre Authorization. I rearranged my work schedule, took the time off for them to call the day before surgery to say it's now moved to September. Keeping in mind. My sons been on Steroids to help his condition for 3 months now. They scheduled his 1st surgery with a Dr That didn't even perform his procedure.. I'm beyond upset.
If you go to Jordan Valley cancer center for radiation beware of the receptionist! She is so unprofessional and rude! If she doesn’t care about you, you will know it! Loved my experience there except for her!
Don't go to the Cancer center if you have to see Dr Durando, he is the worst. He examined me in the pt chair next to my daughter instead of the exam table. Uncomfortable!!!! He asked the med I was on. I told him I have had no problems with the med. He asked if I had thyroid duh who doesnt! I told him I received a letter for jury duty and the lady said to ask my Dr for a dismissal letter. His comment was oh no that him and Dr frame could get arrested for that, I said I do the best every day some days are better than others.... read more
