Seriously one of the kindest people ever, and so so hard working. I was helped by Sales Associate George and the manager Jorge, and they seriously were the best. They do not disappoint and will work with you on finding the best car for you. This is my first time working with Mitsubishi and I have no regrets. Everything was genuine and they both were AMAZING! I definitely recommend working with those two. Best service out of all the dealerships in Bakersfield.

Service was amazing! Spent a lot a time at a different dealership but they just wasted my time. I came here and Mr. George Emsais showed us around with no complaints at all and we got a car within a few hours and are very please. Troy also helped make the process very easygoing. He made many jokes and was very patient and nice.

Spent a lot of money. I won't lie about that. I walked away with a sweet ride and maybe it felt like they were trying to make a sell, but I also really needed a car. It felt like they were working with me, I was able to get out of there with a 2023 Outlander and a 390 mo. payment. The men who work there were such gentlemen and they were real supportive of working with my budget. I recently purchased a vehicle from Mitsubishi of Bakersfield and had a fantastic experience! From the sales team to the service department, they did exactly what was promised to us. Went I'm not knowing what to expect and to be honest not with the highest of hopes after going to CarMax and a couple other places but stopped by and spoke to Joseph Franco he was seriously so helpful explained thing the other Carlots didn't and went over different options long story short I ended up leaving with the car I wanted!!! I had a used 2017 Sentra with some minor body damage and wasn't sure if trading this was possible. Everyone here was so helpful and patient with the buying process. They really went above and beyond! I loved that I was never pressured into adding anything extra.
