Would not recommend this dealership I gave them 4k down payment sent me off with a 2020 Toyota Camry that 2 weeks after driving off gave me nothing but problems check engine light went off & took it in said it was the catalytic converter . Fixed the issue ok but 3 days later check engine went on again now they said it was the water pump fixed the issue took whole 2 weeks almost to fix it . Extremely disappointing experience. I drove 52 minutes to this dealership after a sales rep told me the car I was interested in was available. When I arrived, not only did they make me wait over 30 minutes without assisting me, but the car wasn't even there. On top of that, they immediately tried to run my credit before showing me any cars or having a real conversation about my needs. We came to look for a truck Silverado they had two we only wanted a black one, first they said it was 20 minutes away then they said it was all the way in San Francisco and that they need the full down payment so that they can bring it here and that if we don't like it they will give it to us back we said no only 500 they tried tried again for the 5k they settled for the 500 they brought it down test driver and whatever we noticed there was scratches around like 5 they knew kept their mouth shut we settled on not buying want... read more
