Extremely disappointing experience. I drove 52 minutes to this dealership after a sales rep told me the car I was interested in was available. When I arrived, not only did they make me wait over 30 minutes without assisting me, but the car wasn't even there. On top of that, they immediately tried to run my credit before showing me any cars or having a real conversation about my needs.
