The worst auto shop and service is this one Ganas Auto ! I got here today at 9:16 am currently still here it's 1:46 pm , Friday last week I brought my ford to get inspected because the tire censor was going off in the dash an hour and 20 min just to get told to come back Monday morning everyone here works in slow motion there lazy and don't care and have you waiting until they fell like giving an update I asked twice for an update and nothing yet is being done told me it's gonna be another hour or so . I literally just bought a car from here 30 mins later I'm stuck on the free way with my daughter . No money to get an hour and 30 mins home. I literally had to sleep in the car and after reading these stories I'm super bloody scared . It was my daughter's first car . And our only transportation... I spent all I had to get this car. I have dogs at home waiting for us to get home and now I have to make sure these people not only give me my money back and drive us all the way freaking home and cancel our contract . DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I had purchased a Durango I went based on the pictures they had online and when they brought it to me it had engine lights on they took almost a month to fix it they made me leave the Durango in their dealer and I would have to drive up their 2-3 a week just to know they haven't even started working on it
If I was able to not give them a start I would select 0 This dealer only steals money from customers If you have insurance with them be careful when you make your insurance and car payment, this is the second time they tell me I still owe my insurance, and I pay insurance and car payment together, son unos rateros !!! Don't recommend this dealer at all

Stop do not buy with them they are full of poop and would duke you out of your money they will give you a unreliable car put your payments high and force you to pay they duked me out of $2700 dollars for a car and the transmission went out 2 days after buying it they tried to fix the car 3 times it never was fixed they told me o wouldn't have to make a payment until it was fixed it took them about 4 months trying to fix it and since I didn't make a payment the call them selves repoing the car how are you going to repo someth... read more
Terrible service do not recommend. Waited for over four hours just to get an oil change. Seems like they don't want to do their job. I see most of them walk around on their phones laughing. It does not take four hours to do a damn oil change. I wish I can give this place zero stars. Also steal from your car.
