A year ago my husband and I were looking to buy our very first car, we found a 2017 civic on Facebook market and decided to go look at it. When we got to the address it was Ganas Auto. To start they didn't have the civic we saw online so we asked for the price of another that we liked and they said they couldn't give me a price, I'd have to go in and see. The lack of communication Eddie Garcia has is ridiculous my transmission started failing after 4 months of purchasing the car and they didn't give me a loan car after a month. Worst service ever don't recommend. This is located in el monte.
Went car shopping, found the car I licked and spent 2hrs trying to get the price of the vehicle, sells men kept telling me he just hit the car and didn't know the price... kept trying to get me fixed on a monthly payment with no car price. They are the scum of dealerships. Never coming here again. STAY AWAY!!!
I just recently got a car from this dealership about four months ago and today the transmission stopped working and I called the dealership but they said it was going to take a month for them to get that vehicle checked and they said that they wouldn't be able to give me a rental car until they check the vehicle and I won't be able to work without my vehicle
My daughter (first time buyer with no experience) ended up at this dealer after seeing a post of a car on Facebook market. If I would've known I would've avoided it by all means. To start they don't have a price set on any car, it all depends until they check your credit. She brought back a 2017 civic with 63k miles (2,100 down payment) at a price of 23k plus 13k of interest because they set her APR at 20%, so total was around 38k including down payment. Do not do business with this place! It's hard to get in contact with them because they have you rerouted to different departments.. they won't give you an extension number because then they'll have to be held accountable for when they don't call you back... Bought a car at this place and literally NEVER again, horrible experiences with them throughout the whole time I was paying it off. They're so quick to harass you about on time payments but never and I mean NEVER get your information correctly, always asking for extra stuff and claiming to never receive anything. No STARS for sure!!!! They are super duper nice at first once they get your money for the down payment next thing you know you get all kinds of harassing phone calls at all hours of the day. I mean from 5am all the way through til 10:30 pm. It is so unacceptable. Not proper calling hours for a business. Not only that... they definitely don't have any customer service skills what so ever! So I went in yesterday to buy a car as a first time buyer with no experience or knowledge about cars and I was suckered Into financing a 2016 accord sport with 44,00 miles for $25k I looked at the Kelley blue book and the Mac value was $18k My payments are $500 a month for a car worth less than $300 a month in payments. I tried to call the next day and they completely ignored all phone calls from me. If I could give 0 stars I would. They're a bunch of scammers trying to steal people's money don't go there
