Stay away from this dealer their way of selling is a theft like style high prices high interest high payments biweekly. Trust me I'm glad I'm almost done paying off the vehicle I bought.
This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. The most unprofessional customer service I've ever had to deal with in my life. I was behind on a payment that I finally was able to cover 2 weeks after, which made me pay twice the amount of my car payment. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! This company is a scheme. I bought a car in April of 2018. I was behind one payment and they repoed my car at school while I was in the rain. Okay I understand it's my fault I was behind one payment, however I tried to call while I was dealing with the tow people to see how much I had to pay for them to drop the car. If I could I wouldn't give this "business" any stars! They're so unprofessional unethical and just plain rude. One of the biggest mistakes I've made was trusting these people! They take advantage of first time buyers & undocumented people majority all Hispanics! They sell salvage cars and give you the shittiest a.p.r. This guys out of business ! They absolutely unprofessional and try to earn money from finding stupid people! Today I had an appointment on 12 and one of their "manager" call me and confirmed it! This place has the most horrible service I've ever been too. Very unprofessional. Took forever to get everything and find out everything. The lady that was helping us barely even spoke to us and she was clueless when talking about things. When she would discuss things with us she wouldn't look at us in the eye. Has anyone tried or has returned a car back to them? I've had my car less than 8 months and had had all kinds of problems that I had to pay out of pocket.. And now the head head gasket has blown.
No stars for my ratings. This place is a scam. They kept calling for proof of insurance even when provided they kept calling. Due to hardship because of the car breaking down i went behind on payments but i kept communication with them. And when they saw fit they repod my car. Worst place to buy a car stay away, I bought a car 2 months ago I haven't got the car plates yet and the transmission went out!! Run their customer service is so bad, I try to explain my situation and all they do is say they don't know what's going on or transfer you to different numbers and nobody has an answer they say their gonna call u back and they never do!! It's a shame I wish I could get my money back
