I had never financed a car as well I had not the best credit. Honestly, I was not the best candidate you might say. I spoke to Ricardo at Ganas in Fontana. Ganas auto on foothill is a rip off I purchased a 2018 Honda civic hatch back and it got repoed in Oct. When I proved to them that I wasn't late on payments they admitted their accountants had made mistake but car was already sold again I disputed it with experian and experian beaurea erased the repo and loan from my credit cause ganas was found at fault.i hired a lawyer but ganas refuses to fix their mistake they are not liscenced as a auto sales and are not accredited by better business beareau they have multiple contr... read more

I had the worst experience, they shouldn’t be promising anything and I know when someone has there mind made up about who I am. All the questions started with a “ now be truthful “ why would I be there then!! I listened when he questioned someone next to me and not a single time did he say that..If your gonna preach about customer service treat everyone the same.
