Was extremely happy with my great quality used car. They have a really nice selection of cars. Majority of their inventory are newer cars. I bought a 2015 Dodge Dart sxt , it had 19,400 miles and it now has 44,000 miles.. No problems , great car , would definitely buy a car from them again. Their Prices beat the fair market value. Would definitely recommend this car for first time buyers, they make it super easy and quick to get financed ! Great place and staff.
Husband bought a car from here & there has been nothing but problems. He is in military and they clearly want to scam people that serve our country. Engine problem and tires were near bald when he got it. He didn't know a lot about cars & was scammed by these people because they knew he would get approved. I suggest if you don't want to be paying a $10,000+ loan on a car that's worth $3,000 STAY AWAY Update: the cars still shit Go to a CarMax if you wanna get a good used car
Scamming military. If you're military please don't go here. They play a good act and if you do bring someone that knows what there doing. They buy cars from auctions and ask for a CarFax!! Make sure it's for the car you want!! They also buy old rental cars and sell them. They do not disclose that.
This place is bad for business! No good for military buyers stay away!!! Selling sailors Hyundai Elantra with BMW PRICES... they out here lying giving bad advice with 25% APR and giving false information about canceling contacts... STAY AWAY!!!
I have to say upon entering: be careful, be mindful, and always know your benefits. I can admit that I have fallen victim to the sales tactics of this dealership yet I will also say that they've helped in regards to repairs. However with that being said if lured here and you are a service-member, get the VIN number from the car you are interested in enter it into Navy Federal's Refinance Service and quote from Navy Federal themselves. This is a predatory dealership. The pressure people using bully tactics and sell lemons. I have multiple service members that have been ripped off by these guys. Investigations are in progress as to predatory sales and lending practices. Stay Away!
Cesar is a grad F sales person; I reached out to the dealership to simply inquire about an auto; he was rude, un professional, and an all out over the top sad excuse of representation for the business. Cash buyers are not a dime a dozen and this one walked and won't even entertain buying from them Based on the reviews you shouldn't either.
Just bought a car from this dealer, couple days later the bumper is loose and almost falling off. I called the dealer unwilling to fix it and saying the car was fine when it was sold. I am a female and this is the first car I ever purchased not knowing I needed to check the bumper. They flatly refuse to fix it at this point I really want it fixed or return the car.
