Beware buyers, This dealer at Signal Hill in LB will help you get a car IF you bring in 3000 as down payment. Never ever give them your cash unless the sale goes thru. I had given them cash to hold a car for one day, they refuse to sell me what I wanted and kept my cash hostage for 2 weeks and 3 days. I personally don't recommend this dealer ive had my car for 6 months second day I purchased it my car broke down i knew exactly what the problem was and they played me with it was the battery they had it for a week in el monte on july 8th 2019 i took the car in because there was a ticking noise in the engine its August 5th and i still havent got it back they say in a week then they hit me with another excuse customer service doesnt do anything about it besides put you on hold till you get annoyed and hang up or they just kee... read more

What in the WORLD is going on at this place? You call it a BUSINESS? A dealer who DOESNT GIVE A PRICE until you come in? What kind of bs is that? That's absurd. I originally messaged someone on Facebook Markets for a vehicle and they kept giving me the run around. I asked for the mileage and price and he kept giving me a different response. I then called the location to directly speak to the manager (Freddy) and he said he can give me the mileage but not the price? Lol..... I'm sure this business is doing great. This car my daughter bought is over priced and breaking down slowly and if you need to take it to check something service is all the ways in El Monte smh , she has had insurance from day 1 and they still keep asking what insurance she has even though I changed it over the day she bought it at the dealer. Nothing but headaches don't buy here, she will refinance and get rid of this car.

Emanuel played games with me, staking me with messenger and text after repeatedly asking him to stop, he was pissed cause I wouldn't come to dealership because he couldn't give price with out coming in, needs to learn social etiquette and manners to succeed in the business world
