Wow...shitty ass customer service experience from their call center in Dallas TX. Website is not working to make a payment. Called them to see if they could fix it. Didn't offer to see what the issue was. First guy i spoke with was Juan Castillo. He just said oh we can take your payment through the phone but you have to pay the $5 extra charge because their website is broke. Worst place !! They charge you their $130 insurance with NO liability before your two weeks are up scamers!! And never did they say the payments were bi weekly
Worst of the worst dealership ever!! Please don't go here. I bought a car last year. Still haven't received my license plates! The DMV doesn't want to give me the registration because it is still pending. I've called headquarters about 6 times or more, I can't remember anymore. They called me in October apologized said they would send me everything I got a permit and said ok I don't want to start over because, I already paid all this money! This is the most horrible place they sell you lies and writhing one week your car will be having problems!! Bought a Ford Edge 2007 and the damn sunroof got stuck within a week and I had to get a guy at auto zone to close it.so when I went to the service I told them worried about priorities and what does the guy do?? Open my sun roof and couldnt close it. They had already had it for a week today and told me they will have it another week. Trying to call El Monte and reach a manager is impossible because they send u to number... read more

DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!! I bought a car January 2017 i have been on time with my payments and i have my personal insurance. Now they are giving me this BS about how they provided insurance for me because i failed to give them proof of insurance (BTW my insurance emailed them the declaration early February) and they said that the payments i have given have been applied to the insurance instead of the car payment so now i still owe them the car payment i have been trying to resolve this and i just keep getting transferred o... read more
